Work experience of Japanesse Student (HMEC Dubai)

In connection with the Dubai Japanese School’s integrated study, HMEC accepted one student for work experience from December 13th to 15th 2021.
The purpose of this is to expose the students on the significance of work, recognizing their career path and learn the culture of working people and society.

During this time, she experienced parts packing in our warehouse, machine inspection as well as assessments as second hand machines. She also visited our dealer and had the chance to test drive our mini excavator in the yard.

In the lecture given by our HMEC staff, she also learned about the operation in machine sales, parts, product support and procurement. Parts remanufacturing business and machine remote monitoring system ConSite were explained as well. Kintetsu World Express explained to her the parts supply chain business.

At the end of work experience, the student said, “I learned that construction machines are running through the work of many people involved.” “I had a very fruitful three days and had a valuable experience on the test drive”.

The school also expressed their gratitude to HMEC on this endeavor.

Through this work experience program, HMEC staffs also had the opportunity to re-examine the operations and re-acknowledge the value of the work. And then, we will continue to accept this program for social responsibility of local community and raise employees CSR awareness.
